Little Groovers

Little Groovers is a one-hour caregiver-focused dance and movement class offered through Oh Gosh Kids. Featuring music and movement inspired by cumbia, bachata, Latin pop, and other upbeat styles, the class gives caregivers an opportunity to exercise, have fun, and connect with their children in an inclusive family environment. Babies may participate from a carrier, while mobile toddlers can move alongside their caregivers.

The program removes a common barrier to caregiver wellness by creating a fitness and social experience where bringing a young child is part of the program rather than an obstacle to participation.

Join Oh Gosh Kids at Halperin Park for a feel-good Little Groovers class featuring cumbia, bachata, Latin pop, and more.

Designed especially for caregivers with little ones, this upbeat class lets you get moving without leaving baby behind. Wear your baby in a carrier while you dance, or let your mobile little one move and groove alongside you.

No dance experience required. Come for the movement, music, community, and a little grown-up fun with your little one right by your side!

Baby carriers are welcome. Parent/caregiver participation is required. Ages 0-4 are welcome.
